Mixed Tone in Beans
VANCOUVER - Jan 25/14 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets maintained their mixed tone through the past week.
This was reflected in a modest decline in the weighted average prices fro dry edible beans from U.S. $51.90 to $51.13 per 100 pounds (cwt).
This was matched by an 23 point drop in the dry bean index to 1533, while the spot market grower index was down 31 points at 1375.
