Coffee Berry Borer Hurts Yields

WASHINGTON - Jan 11/13 - SNS -- Hawaii coffee production is estimated at 7.20 million pounds (parchment basis) for the 2012-2013 season, down 5% from the previous season, according to the USDA's final crop report for 2012.

Damage caused by the Coffee Berry Borer continues to have a negative impact on the crop's potential. Harvest is still ongoing.
