Appeal for Help With Afghan Drought

Pakistan Entering Drought Phase

LAHORE - Sep 3/04 - IRIN -- Pakistan has entered a drought phase, the South Asian country's water authority said on Thursday, citing critically low water levels in major reservoirs.
