Chickpeas Little ChangedVANCOUVER - Mar 20/10 - SNS -- International chickpea markets were little changed in light trade during the past week. Exporters from Mexico and other major shippers are not pressing markets for business, nor are they giving into the somewhat bearish sentiment prevalent among major importers. Traditional chickpea growers in Canada and the United States seem to be retaining interest in growing the crop. While prices have not moved much in the past two years, they are looking stronger relative to the other crop options available to growers.
