Pea Movement Slows in FebruaryVANCOUVER - Mar 3/10 - SNS -- The pace of bulk conventional loadings at Canadian ports slowed in February, with shipments down from both the previous month and year earlier levels, judging from port clearances reported by the Canadian Ports Clearance Association. Clearances at terminals reporting to the association totalled 113,821 metric tons (MT) of field peas and 16,890 MT of lentils at Vancouver and none at Thunder Bay.
