Few Changes in Field Peas
VANCOUVER - Jun 27/08 - SNS -- Field pea markets were little changed in seasonally light trade during the past week.
Limited availability of peas on spot markets is keeping prices relatively high this summer despite a dramatic slow down in export shipping activity.
No vessels will be loaded with field peas at terminals reporting data to the Canadian Ports Association in June, the first time this happened since August of 2004.
