Lauffer BV Buys Into Kherson
KIEV - Dec 9/03 - APK -- Ukraine Anti-Monopoly Committee has issued permission to Rotterdam-based firm Lauffer B.V. for acquisition of the share in the company "Tavriyskaya Prodovolstvennaya Kompaniya Ltd." (Kherson), exceeding half the company's stock.
Lauffer B.V. works in the market of investment services.
"Tavriyskaya Prodovolstvennaya Kompaniya" operates in the market of bee-breeding and production of bee-breeding products, artificial honey; purchases, storage, processing and sales of agricultural products.
