MELBOURNE - Oct 31/04 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Monday WARNINGS: Strong wind warning south of Port Macquarie. STATE FORECAST Very High Fire Danger in Riverina and in the Lower Western districts. Isolated thunderstorms and showers in the southeastern and northwestern inland tonight. Isolated thunderstorms and showers in the south and in the northwest Monday. Dry elsewhere. Warm to hot day. East to southeast winds in the far northeast tending northeasterly. Freshening north to northwest winds and afternoon coastal seabreezes in the remainder turning west to southwest in the southwest tomorrow. This forecast is issued daily at 05.15, 1120 and 16.30.
