England Resigns from ABB Board
SYDNEY - Jul 8/04 - SNS -- Richard England resigned from the ABB Grain Ltd (ABB) board of directors effective July 1.
Formerly an Adelaide resident but now based in Sydney, England has said that he would like to consolidate his directorships to suit his situation.
England was appointed to the board of ABB in February 2003 and was re-elected onto the board by shareholders at the 2004 annual general meeting. He will not be replaced on the board.
