ADM, CGB Exchange TerminalsDECATUR - Jul 7/04 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) and Consolidated Grain Barge Company (CGB) have transferred ownership of grain terminals effective July 1. ADM will begin operating CGB’s rail grain terminal in Curran, Illinois while CGB will begin operating ADM’s river grain terminal in Cincinnati, Ohio, effective July 1, 2004. CGB Enterprises, Inc. through its Grain Division, Consolidated Grain and Barge Co., has approximately 72 facilities throughout the Midwest with storage capacity in excess of 65 million bushels and has over 900 employees. CGB also operates a Soybean Processing Plant in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. In addition, CGB through its Terminal and Logistical Division, CTLC, provides transportation and terminal services throughout the heartland of the US.
