Beans Finish Week Unsettled
VANCOUVER - Jul 2/04 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading under unsettled conditions as the industry digested bigger than expected seeded area projections for North America.
Seeded area estimates from Statistics Canada and the USDA revealed growers planted more beans than initially planned in both countries, especially in North Dakota and Manitoba.
