ADM VP and Treasurer Resigns
DECATUR - Jun 2/04 - SNS -- Charles P. Archer has resigned as Vice President and Treasurer of Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) effective June 30, 2004.
Archer has served the Company for 26 years in various capacities beginning his career with the Internal Audit department and later working with ARTCO (the Company’s barge line), the soybean processing division in Kansas City, two years with Alfred C. Toepfer GmbH in Hamburg, Germany (a trading company), and with the financial department in the corporate office of the Company located in Decatur since returning from Germany in 1985. He assumed his most recent position in November of 2002.
