CWB Updates Contract Calls
WINNIPEG - Jun 18/04 - SNS -- The Canadian Wheat Board (CWB) announced contract calls for various grades of wheat and barley today.
The contract calls covered Canada Western Red Spring (CWRS), Canada Prairie Spring Red (CPSR), Canada Prairie Spring White (CPSW), Canada Western Extra Strong Red Spring (CWES), Canada Western Red Winter (CWRW), and Canada Western Soft White Spring (CW SWS) wheat, as well as barley (CW Barley) for the 2003-04 crop year. Effective June 18, 2004, these delivery calls apply to grain in straight, tough or damp condition in all train runs.
Also, the CWB announced contract terminations effective July 16, 2004, for Canada Prairie Spring Red (CPSR), Canada Prairie Spring White (CPSW), Canada Western Extra Strong Red Spring (CWES), Canada Western Red Winter (CWRW), Canada Western Soft White Spring (CW SWS), and Canada Western Amber Durum (CWAD) wheat, details of which are outlined below. These delivery terminations apply to grain in straight, tough or damp conditions in all train runs.
