Technical Changes Affect Pea Pricing
VANCOUVER - Jun 11/04 - SNS -- North American field peas markets underwent important technical changes during the week as processors in the United States largely switched from spot to new crop pricing.
This resulted in significant declines in nearby values, reflecting the difficulty most processors there are having obtaining merchandise.
