ADM to Buy Rice Mill
DECATUR - Jun 7/04 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) is buying Gold River Mills, LLC’s rice mill facility in Arbuckle, California.
The rice mill is expected to be operational on August 1, 2004. The new operations, managed by ADM Rice, Inc., will integrate into ADM’s global grain and transportation system to serve California rice growers as well as domestic and international customers.
ADM Rice, Inc. is located in Tarrytown, New York and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company.
