Australia Sees Neutral Winter Rain OutlookSYDNEY - May 19/04 - SNS -- There is little excitement in the winter rain outlook for Australia, which is neutral in most of the country, but below average for parts of South Australia. The outlook from Australia's Bureau of Meteorology (ABM) "shows a pattern of generally neutral odds with no strong swings towards either wetter or drier conditions. One exception is over central South Australia where the odds tend to favor below average falls.
