CENTRAL U.S. DAILY LAMB CARCASS REPORT Carlot volume negotiated sales for delivery within 14 calendar days, FOB Plant basis, hind trotters-off. Central includes CO, IA, TX. *Today's trades not reportable because they did not meet the 3/70/20 guideline for carcass lambs.
