Select and Choice chuck and round cuts steady to weak, while rib and loin cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings lower on light demand and moderate offerings. Estimated composite cutout value of Choice 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses up .65 at 160.20, 600-750 lbs carcasses up 140 at 160.69, 750-900 lbs up .42 at 161.29; Select 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses dn .02 at 139.29, 600-750 lbs up .12 at 140.35, 750-900 lbs up .14 at 139.48; based on 124.11 loads of Choice cuts, 104.60 loads of Select cuts, 11.34 loads of Trimmings, and 61.66 loads of coarse ground trimmings.
