TAHC Names Commissioners
AUSTIN - May 3/04 - SNS -- Three new commissioners were named to the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) for terms to expire Sept. 6, 2009.
The appointees include Ralph Simmons of Center, director of live production for Pilgrim's Pride Corporation facilities in Nacogdoches and Lufkin; Coleman H. Locke of Wharton, a partner and manager of the Locke Division of J. D. Hudgins Ranch and vice president of J. D. Hudgins, Inc.; and Rita E. Baca Benton of El Paso, sales representative for Allstate Insurance.
