Little Change in Mustard, Buckwheat SupplyVANCOUVER - Apr 30/04 - STAT -- Canada is not expected to experience much change in stocks and values for mustard seed and buckwheat in the coming year, according to a recent market analysis by Agriculture Canada. Discussing its outlook for specialty crops this year, the government department said it believes Saskatchewan and Alberta run a risk of below trend yields because of low moisture reserves in most areas.
