World Chickpeas Remain StrongVANCOUVER - Apr 30/04 - STAT -- International chickpea markets finished the week's trading on a strong note, based on tight supplies of kabuli chickpeas in all major exporting regions. Limited trading in Mexican origin product was reported during the week, with prices remaining around U.S. $1000 per metric ton (MT) on an FOB Mazatlan basis for larger caliber product.
