Frozen Vegetable and Potato Stocks DeclineWASHINGTON - Apr 21/04 - SNS -- Stocks of all types of vegetables and frozen potatoes were down in the United States at the end of March compared to both month and year earlier levels, according to the latest USDA cold storage data. Total supplies of vegetables were off 4% on the year and 11% on the month at 1,567 million pounds.
