Andersons Announce Dividend
MAUMEE - Apr 15/04 - SNS -- The Andersons, Inc. announced a cash dividend of 7-1/2 cents per share, payable April 22, 2004, to shareholders of record on April 1, 2004. There are approximately 7.2 million common shares outstanding.
The Andersons, Inc. is a regional grain merchandiser with diversified businesses in agriculture, plant nutrient formulation and distribution, turf product production, railcar marketing and general merchandise retailing.
