USDA Tweaks Peas, Lentils TenderKANSAS CITY - Mar 31/04 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here tweaked the terms of PL-480 food aid tender invitation 044 to remove special quality conditions for peas and lentils. The tender requested offers of 5,320 metric tons (MT) of green split peas and 5,990 MT of lentils.
