CN, Truckers Sign Contract
MONTREAL - Mar 26/04 - SNS -- The new labor agreement negotiated between CN Rail's CNTL subsidiary and owner/operator truck drivers represented by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) has been ratified by union members.
There are approximately 380 owner/operators covered under the agreement. The owner/operators provide local trucking services for CN's major intermodal terminals in Canada.
