USDA May Tenders Reach 12,730 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Mar 23/04 - STAT -- The latest USDA PL-480 tenders bring actual and potential purchases of pulses for shipment as food aid during the 2003-04 shipping season to 171,610 MT.
This represents an increase of 60,300 MT over last season. The biggest change is in colored beans with shipments up 37,440 MT over the same period last year.
