Canadian Peas Face Long Term ChallengesWINNIPEG - Mar 12/04 - STAT -- Canada's field pea industry faces a longer term challenge of maintaining production in the face of subsidized output in the United States and efforts by the major importers such as India to encourage bigger domestic crops, suggests a recent analysis of the field pea sector by Agriculture Canada.
