India's Rabi Pulse Seeding Virtually Complete
NEW DELHI - Mar 8/04 - SNS -- Rabi season pulse seedings in India are now estimated at 14.7 million hectares, a substantial improvement on the 10.7 million hectares normally sown.
In its latest crop progress report, India's agriculture department also notes this year's area is 2.8 million hectares ahead of last year.
