expected to increase slightly.  Trading very active. Prices pyramid
cartons/crates bunched higher, other generally unchanged.  11 pound/cartons
bunched Green large mostly 30.50 and standard mostly 30.50.  Pyramid
cartons/crates 28 pound bunched Green large mostly 55.50-60.75 and standard
mostly 55.50-60.75.  Precooling and palletization included.  Prices include some
shipments from Imperial Valley, California.  Supplies remain light due to cold
weather, however, daytime temperatures should return to seasonal norms by around
March 4.  Many present shipments from previous commitments and/or prior bookings.
   SALINAS VALLEY DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA---Shipments 0-0-0---Movement expected to
increase.  Very light shipments have been reported from the district, however,
there are currently too few sales to establish a market.  Most producers will
begin harvesting by around March 9.  Light rainfall was recently received in the
district.  Currently, no F.O.B. report is being issued.
   STOCKTON DELTA DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA---Shipments 0-0-0---Movement expected to
increase.  Very light shipments have been reported from the district, however,
currently there are too few sales to establish a market.  Most producers will
begin harvesting around March 4, and the F.O.B. report is expected to be issued
during the week of March 7, weather permitting.  Currently, no F.O.B. report
is being issued.

same. Trading moderate. Prices generally unchanged.  Bushel hampers, cartons and
