Firm Markets Support UK Lupin ExpansionVANCOUVER - Feb 27/04 - STAT -- The British Edible Pulse Association (BEPA) says grower interest in planting lupins in 2004 is strong because of firm international markets. "Contracts for white lupins are now being offered. White lupins are less pH sensitive than other types and so could suit large scale arable farmers in the eastern counties," the association said.
