Precooling and palletization included.  Prices include some shipments from 
Imperial Valley, California.  Supplies have been lighter than expected due to 
recent cold and rainy weather.  Additional rainfall is expected during the 
week of February 22.  
   SALINAS VALLEY DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA---Shipments 0-0-0---Movement expected to 
increase seasonally.  Very light shipments have been reported from the district, 
however, there have been too few sales to establish a market.  Most shippers 
have indicated that the harvest will begin for most by around March 3.  Rain 
was received over the weekend of February 21 and additional rainfall is 
expected during the week of February 22.  FIRST REPORT.
   STOCKTON DELTA DISTRICT, CALIFORNIA---Shipments 0-0-0---Movement expected 
to increase seasonally.  No shipments have been reported from the district, 
however, several shippers have indicated the harvest will begin by around 
March 3.  Substantial rainfall was received over the weekend of February 21 
and additional rainfall is expected during the week of February 22.
