Kabuli Chickpeas Maintain Strong Tone
VANCOUVER - Feb 20/04 - STAT -- Kabuli chickpea markets finished the week on a strong note even though international trading activity was deemed light by many market participants.
Markets are driven by the reduced size of this year's crop in Mexico, resulting in steady upward price pressure on large caliber chickpeas in Mexico, the United States, Canada and Turkey.
