Dairy Product Stocks SlipWASHINGTON - Feb 20/04 - SNS -- The quantity of dairy products on ha din cold storage warehouses at the end of January slipped below year earlier levels, while increasing on the month, reports the USDA Total stocks of dairy products were up 4% from last month, and down 1% from a year ago at 751.3 million pounds. Within the category, the biggest monthly change was in butter stocks, which jumped 45% to 144.6 million pounds, but ended up falling 29% below year earlier stock levels.
