New Phyto Regs Could Halt Pet Food TradeNEW DELHI - Feb 13/04 - SNS -- India's new phytosanitary requirements could end up stopping U.S. exports of pet food to the country, believes the U.S. agricultural attache here. Under the new rules, all pet food importers must submit an original Phytosanitary Certificate from an official veterinarian of the exporting country before the pet foods arrive.
