Shell Egg Use Finishes 2003 StrongWASHINGTON - Feb 10/04 - SNS -- Shell egg use by manufacturers finished 2003 on a strong note, with December usage rising 4% above year earlier levels to 158 million dozen. During calendar year 2003, shell eggs broken totaled 1.83 billion dozen, down 3% from the 1.88 billion dozen broken in 2002.
