TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2004 COMPARED WITH MONDAY, JANUARY 12, 2004.  UNLESS
OTHERWISE STATED SALES ARE F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT BASIS (INCLUDING DELIVERED
