Lentils Experience Slow Week
VANCOUVER - Jan 16/04 - SNS -- North American lentil markets recorded a relatively slow week as market participants continue their conversion from winter holiday to work mode.
The attention span of Canadian market participants was slowed by the annual meeting of the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers in Saskatoon, which always attracts a large contingent of traders, processors and growers.
