Cargill Buys The Duckworth GroupCOBHAM - Jan 15/04 - SNS -- Cargill bought The Duckworth Group (TDG), a leading favor company supplying the food and beverages industry in Western Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East. TDG will continue to operate out of Manchester and Runcorn, UK, and Mark Lewis remains as Managing Director. He will work closely with Cargill management and his existing management team, in leading the integration process.
