Myanmar Exports 99,008 MT Pulses in OctoberBANGKOK - Jan 5/04 - STAT -- Dry edible beans and other pulse exports from Myanmar or Burma totalled 99,008 metric tons (MT) in October, down 2% from September, but up 21% from shipments reported during the same month last year. Black Matpe comprised 46%, Toor Whole (Pigeon pea) 34% and Chickpeas 9 % of the total beans and pulses export. The major destination was India who took 88% of the total exports.
