Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Dec 1/03 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For Tuesday  
WARNINGS:

STATE FORECAST
Very High fire danger in the  North West Plains. 
Mainly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms over most of the state,
chiefly in the afternoon and evening, and most likely over the
southwestern half and along the ranges. It should remain fine in the
far northeast and the far northeastern inland, and thunderstorms are
unlikely along the southern coast.  Warm to very warm inland and on
the northern coast and mild to warm elsewhere.
Chiefly light northeast to northwest winds, except near
thunderstorms, and  tending moderate to fresh along the northern
coast in the afternoon.
