French Green Lentil Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/13 - STAT -- Canadian French Green Lentil markets finished the 2012-13 marketing year with prices rising 3% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for French Green Lentil was USD$43.21 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $41.96 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags delivered to Montreal.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $46.00 per cwt in June, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $36.00 per cwt in September.
