VANCOUVER - Jul 6/13 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week mostly unchanged in light trading interest.
Market activity was limited because Canada was closed the first half of the week to celebrate its founding, while the United States for the last half of the week for its independence day celebrations.
This normally marks the beginning of a seasonal slow down in trading activity, with many market participants in the northern hemisphere taking their annual holidays in July or August.
