Strong Movement Support Lentils
VANCOUVER - Apr 6/13 - SNS -- International lentil markets finished the week's trading on a firm note against strong export movement of red and lower grade green lentils.
This points to a significant decline in Canadian ending stocks from initial expectations.
Official export data for February revealed that total exports were up 72% from January at 140,060 metric tons (MT). This is the second best single month so far during the 2012-13 marketing year.
