Weaker Undertone in Lentils
VANCOUVER - Jan 25/13 - SNS -- International lentil markets finished the weeks trading with a generally weaker undertone even though origin prices were little changed.
Grower and processor selling interest remains slightly ahead of the immediate needs of end users.
While markets expect seeded area to decline significantly this year, there is an underlying worry that growers will once again fail to reduce area as much as needed.
