Canada's Weekly Exports Total 289,500 MT totalWINNIPEG - Aug 1/03 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 12,418,200 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 7,618,000 MT from the 20,036,200 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending July 27. Grower deliveries during the week included 274,700 MT wheat; 125,000 MT durum; 5,300 MT oats; 35,400 MT barley; 3,800 MT flax; 59,200 MT canola; 2,000 MT peas; and 800 MT corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 289,500 MT total. On the grain side this included including 143,500 MT wheat; 80,000 MT durum; 10,200 MT oats; 3,900 MT barley; 1,000 MT flax; and 400 MT corn.
