Canadian Crushers Finish Crop Year on Up NoteWINNIPEG -Aug 1/03 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 64,690 metric tons (MT) of canola and 17,133 MT of soybeans during the week ending July 31, the final week of Canada's 2002-03 marketing year. The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, jumped 44.9% from last week's level for canola, after slipping last week. Soybean crush fell 4.1%, for its second weekly decline.
