USDA Buys for 120 MT Beans
KANSAS CITY - May 24/12 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 120 metric tons (MT) of dark red kidney beans for shipment as food aid.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 200001036 the USDA bought pulses packed in 50 kg bags.
Purchases are for shipment from interior plants between June 16 to July 7 and between July 8 to July 29 for plants located at port.
