Mixed Finish in Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Sep 23/11 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets finished the week on a mixed note, with markets in the United States generally easier in sympathy with grain and oilseed markets.
Those outside markets tumbled during the past week in the face of seasonal, harvest selling pressure.
The impact was most obvious on white proso millet and oil-type sunflower markets, both of which were lower.
