Lentils Unchanged Despite Harvest Progress

VANCOUVER - Sep 10/11 - SNS -- Lentil markets finished the week's trading little changed, despite a solid improvement in the quantity of new crop product available in both Canada and the United States.

Processors and exporters have not been pressing hard for sales because of the realization traders in Europe are just getting back from summer holidays and Ramadan has just finished.

There is a general feeling, buyer interest will soon improve, helped by the fact Canada is harvesting a good quality crop.
