Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 321,700 MT
WINNIPEG - Sep 2/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 321,700 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 56,700 from 265,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 12,100 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 85,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 85,400 MT peas down 139,800 from 225,200 MT last year.
